Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn?+
$20 CAD for every referred customer whose first payment is an annual plan, and $8 CAD when their first payment is a monthly plan. Commissions are paid once, when that first payment clears. There is no cap on how many people you refer.
How does tracking work?+
You get a unique link. Anyone who clicks it and subscribes within 60 days is credited to you, even if they start the 7-day free trial first and pay later. Your dashboard shows clicks, signups, conversions, and earnings in real time.
When and how do I get paid?+
Payouts run monthly, 30 days after the end of the month a commission was earned, once your balance reaches $25 CAD. We pay by PayPal or Wise, and you set your payout details in your affiliate dashboard. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission.
Do signups on the iPhone or Android app count?+
Android counts. The Android app bills through Stripe just like the website, so those subscriptions are credited to you as long as the person signed up on the web through your link. Purchases made inside the iPhone app go through Apple, never reach Stripe, and cannot be credited. Pointing your audience to the website is the most reliable route either way.
Who is a good fit?+
Creators with an audience that cares about money: finance YouTubers, newsletter writers, bloggers, podcasters, and educators in Canada and the US. Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within two business days.
Can I offer my audience a discount too?+
Not yet. Today the program is link-based. If a discount code would help your audience, mention it in your application and we will let you know when codes are available.
Do I need to disclose that I earn a commission?+
Yes. Canadian and US advertising rules require it, and so do we. A short line on every post or video that carries your link is enough, for example "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link."
Is there a cost or a commitment?+
No cost to join, no minimum volume, no exclusivity. You can stop any time and any approved commissions are still paid out.
