Two different rules apply here. Anonymous product analytics (PostHog) runs by default: it is keyed to a random identifier, never tied to your name, email, or account, and dollar amounts shown in the app are scrubbed before anything is sent. Advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads) are strictly opt-in and are never set until you accept them on the cookie banner. Before you decide, the Meta Pixel does not load and Google's tag runs in cookieless consent mode: no cookies, no stored identifiers, aggregate ad measurement only. Choosing Decline on the banner (or the preference tool above) turns off both entirely.
