Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to your current features until then.

Your 7-day free trial on Plus or Pro gives you full access to all features in that plan. If you decide not to continue, your subscription simply reverts to the free tier — no charge, no data lost. Your transactions, categories, and goals all stay intact. You just lose access to paid features like bank sync and unlimited Money Coach.

Yes. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page inside the app.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

We do not currently offer a student discount, but our free tier includes unlimited manual transactions, all budget categories, goal tracking, receipt scanning, and Smart Money Coach (5 messages/day). Many students find the free plan covers everything they need.

Yes. We offer local pricing in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canadian users and US dollars (USD) for US users. The plan prices are the same number in both currencies — for example, Plus is CA$7.99/mo in Canada and US$7.99/mo in the US.
