Referral Program Terms

The Program is open to financial advisors, professionals, and businesses who want to recommend Waypoint Budget to the people they serve. Participation requires being approved by us. We may approve or decline any request, and we may remove a partner from the Program, at our discretion.

When a customer subscribes to a paid annual plan using your referral code, that customer receives 25% off their first year. The discount applies to annual plans only; monthly subscriptions are not eligible.

The Program is discount-only. We do not pay a referral fee or commission to partners. You receive no compensation for referrals, so there is nothing for you to invoice or for us to pay out. We may change the discount amount or structure on a going-forward basis.

The discount is applied through your unique referral code at checkout on the web. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store cannot apply a referral code. Please direct the people you refer to sign up on the website.

Because the Program pays no compensation to partners, there is no referral fee for you to disclose as outside income. You are simply passing an exclusive discount to your clients. If you are a financial advisor or otherwise subject to professional or regulatory rules, you remain responsible for following your firm's and regulator's rules on recommending third-party tools.

You agree not to:

• Use the Program for self-referrals or to refer your own accounts.
• Misrepresent Waypoint Budget, our pricing, or the offer.
• Distribute your code through spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized channels.
• Bid on Waypoint Budget brand terms in paid search or impersonate Waypoint Budget.

We may disable your code and remove you from the Program for activity we reasonably consider fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

Participation is non-exclusive. Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason. We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these terms, at any time.

These terms are governed by the same laws and jurisdiction as our Terms of Service.
