These terms govern the Waypoint Budget refer-a-friend program (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to these terms. They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any Waypoint Budget user can share their personal invite link from the app. When someone signs up through your link, they get their first month free instead of the standard 7-day trial. On the web this is a 31-day free trial; when subscribing through the Apple App Store it is one free calendar month. When they become a paying subscriber after their trial, you earn one free month of your own plan. A free month means one monthly billing cycle of your plan, applied as account credit; for annual plans the credit equals your plan's monthly price. There is no limit on how many months you can earn.
Rewards are granted when the referred person makes their first payment, once per referred account. Referring yourself, using multiple accounts, or other abuse voids rewards and may close the accounts involved. If you are billed through the Apple App Store, earned months are saved to your account and applied where subscriptions are billed by us directly.
We may change, pause, or end the refer-a-friend program at any time. Free months you have already earned stay on your account.
These terms are governed by the same laws and jurisdiction as our Terms of Service.
